We want you to love your JENNY BIRD pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your jewelry in its original JENNY BIRD pouch and branded box, ensuring the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the exterior of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
